What is "vocaloid music"?
Where is the new wave of "anonymous creators" headed?
J-POP SUMMIT (www.j-pop.com) and SF Music Tech (http://sfmusictech.com) is co-hosting a unique conference on the latest vocaloid sensation that is hugely changing the Japanese music industry and its creative psyche.
Moderated by Brian Zisk (Executive Producer, SF Music Tech Summit), and with special guests from Tokyo, ZANEEDS (vocaloid music creator), and DANCEROID (vocaloid music dance unit), the main panel topic will be "The creative explosion caused by internet platforms and vocaloid Hatsune Miku, and how it's affecting the future of music". Furthermore, ZANEEDS and DANCEROID will share latest videos and reveal behind the scene stories from the production process!

By incorporating fresh content from Japan and encouraging involvement of local talent and businesses, the festival becomes a giant platform for “hybrid culture” to be born from its unique mixture. We invite all global thinkers (“new people”) to add to our festival, and in enriching our world community.
